It was a great experience to have the opportunity to share, invest and especially to be educated in so many areas. The topic that really spoke to my heart was how to talk back negative thoughts that sabotage the process. I have struggled with being overweight for over 20 years, and have recently lost a lot of weight. Your mind thinks you will regain it all back and not be successful. The beauty in our group discussions was that you received positive feedback and encouragement and support every week to keep going!

I really enjoy the relaxed way content is presented. It’s been nice to “ease” into professional/personal development. I have appreciated suggestions about making small changes. Despite my over indulgence last weekend, I’ve been able to cut coffee consumption to one “mug” a day (but done with it by 6:00am) and started a more purposeful breathwork practice.
