Forming healthy habits is hard without a support system. There is no better support system than your fellow educators who understand.

I help educators find creative ways to eat better, increase physical activity, lose weight, and reduce stress — all of which can help prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic health challenges. 


 I am a wife, mom, certified wellness and nutrition coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and ice cream fanatic! I  left the classroom to make an impact, and coach individuals 1:1 and in groups to be the best version of themselves and have been doing it for 20 years! I began to focus on my wellness “why” and changed how I started to think about my health. After all, one thing does not work for everyone.  I strive to meet people where they are and help create a healthier lifestyle framework.
